Is bound bow effected by fortified archery enchantment ?

Thanks .. Playing as pure mage character on legendary and found that Destruction cannot do much damage . So I gotta go Bound Bow + Mark for death physical damage combo . And just got dual enchantment perk , if fortified archery affect the bound bow , I gonna enchant my gear with fortify archery .

Yeah, it's a bow. It's damage is determined by your Archery skill (and if you have the Mystic Binding perk in Conjuration). Why wouldn't it be boosted by Fortify Archery?

Also, you won't be much of a pure Mage if you go Witch Hunter style and use a bow. I suggest getting a mod that lets spells scale (there are some simple ones all the way up to overhauls that include scaling)
