Where on earth did you get this idea you should be putting anything in those folders.
Your not going to tell me your not using a mod manager are, you better not.
You should have downloaded the 7zip archive and opened it, then dumped the loose files in your steamapps/common/skyrim special edition folder. Then you should have made a zip archive of the data folder in that archive and dropped it in a mod manger to install for you.
That what you did right....a no you went and mucked around in the games folders because you think you knew it all and now you can't play. And now you think someone can figure out what you moved where and solve it for you.
Also Current SE build 2.0.7 (runtime 1.5.39) is not Alpha it is Beta. 2.0.6 was Alpha. Pay attention in class will you.
Now go delete all that crap you created and download a fresh copy of SkyrimSE and use a Mod Manager to do your labor for.
