"Portal" bugs?

I have a bunch of mods installed, LOOT and am using BethINI, and for some reasone there are portals in the game, that actually randomly spawn somewere else, I'm sure there are more, but since I use Live another life there are the ones I found starting my playthrough, everything appears to be working fine but the portals.

I do notice you have skyhud and skyui. Skyhud says it doesn't play well with mods that use .swf

You are also missing the apocalypse patch so that it works with ordinator perks.

Other than that, I don't know enough about all the mods you have to know what is spawning portals.

Regarding Skyhud and Skyui, I've already looked into it and they work fine together, I used them in another load order and had no problems.
I'm gonna check that patch, also, I think Face to Face isn't working, which is a shame since I really like the oblivion zoom in when chatting.

Well, I wouldn't say that's a bug, since it's clearly something deliberately added by a mod (hence the world markers).
You'll have to go through your mod descriptions and comments to see if they mention this at all, or search for them in xEdit or CK and see if you can identify it.

It's so strange though, if I jump from that bridge-crows nest-thing I spawn in the tower in dragontooth crater, also the perk Moonlit Water from Sacrosanct doesn't work, since I can't walk on water, but that doesn't bug me so

You should open the console and click on one of the portals if you can, that should give you an idea of where to look.

There's a file called TPOS DISABLE PORTALS in the files for TPOS, so that may be it.

Made my day sir, checked optional files in TPOS and theres a patch for that, I'm gonna download it now.

If you guys have any suggestions for mods also feel free to add some, Face to Face conversation isn't working so I unninstalled it, not sure if I'm gonna have issues with cutting room floor, static improvement mesh and some other mods in the list because they kept asking to override files, I'm gonna play for a while and see if I don't run into problems.

Also, any good sky mod, really like walking out at night, nexus just suggests mods with the name "skyrim" so...

It's the general search with the "Environment - Sky" tag, there's more than just sky textures but on the first page there's "Ethereal Cosmos" and "Skyrim Textures Redone - Enhanced Night Sky" that look good.

Also if you the collector type, you may like Legacy of the Dragonborn, it has displays for nearly all of unique items in the game and so much more. Plus it supports unique items from many other mods, either natively or with a patch.
