Game Breaking bug please help?? Can't use weapons/spells properly??

Ok so I'm having this weird complicated bug I can't resolve that I've been looking into for a week.

What's happening is that first off, I can't use spells. I go to the favorites bar or manually select spells and it equips what I select but I can't use spells in either hand. Instead it just shows me having fists in 1st and 3rd person view but I can't punch or do anything including equipping weapons.

However, if I use a one handed sword for example I will sometimes be able to use the spell in the left hand and see the spell.

Another layer to this problem is that my bows are bugged beyond belief. At first they're fine but one I start to unequip and re-equipping them they either are invisible and shoot some times or they don't shoot at all and I can't sheath or equip another item.

Obviously this is a huge issue since battle is a main part of the the game and I've died on several occasions because of it so its really frustrating.

This all kind of started when I started using the ancient nord pickaxe to mine manually rather than pressing "E" ever since that I've been having issues. I also can't go back on the save before this as this was last week and that save is probably long gone and I really don't want to have to redo 20+ hours of gameplay. This is also my first playthrough and I'd like to finish as much as I can before I start a new save.

Things I've tried:
reload
unofficial patch
uninstalling mods (i was only using two to begin with)
uninstalling the game
"enableplayercontrols"
verify game files

Any help is very much appreciated!

I really hope you have a hard save from before trying some of these things.

-removing mods in the middle of a playthrough can damage save files. Adding is usually fine as long as you know there are no conflicts.

-console commands are designed for debugging and can corrupt scripts or ai.

Knowing your mods and the order you are loading them in may help.

I did save an extra save file before uninstalling (and its also kind of old now) but not before I removed the mods and did the debugging. I don't have any mods in right now other than the patch and that was after everything else. I didn't know that about the removing mods thing so I probably screwed my file even more.. Guess ill die! but thanks for letting me know, I'll keep that in mind for later!

No problem. Hopefully you still have that older save file, even if you lose the 20 hours gameplay instead of the whole save.
