And have a freeze or crash because of the large number of items being generated. (I mean, really? Nearly a quarter of a millions items? And who would ever even need even 1/10 the amount of those materials over the course of even a 1000 hour playthrough.)

Where is a COMPLETE list of ALL crafting mats in a .bat file?!

Recommend not using a single file to generate all crafting items. Use separate files for Smithing and Alchemy. Create a file for each from the above instructions then add the 'player.additem' command. The number at the end denotes the amount of an item. For example, I use the following for testing purposes -

Smithing (all primary ingots, minus AE ores. Copy paste everything before the ';'):
player.additem 5AD93 50 ; (Corundum)
player.additem DB8A2 50 ; (Dwarven)
player.additem 5AD9D 50 ; (Ebony)
player.additem 5AD9E 50 ; (Gold)
player.additem 5ACE4 50 ; (Iron)
player.additem 5AD99 50 ; (Orichalcum)
player.additem 5ADA0 50 ; (Quicksilver)
player.additem 5ADA1 50 ; (Malachite)
player.additem 5AD9F 50 ; (Moonstone)
player.additem 5ACE3 50 ; (Silver)
player.additem 5ACE5 50 ; (Steel)
player.additem DB5D2 50 ; (Leather)
player.additem 800E4 50 ; (Leather Strips)
player.additem 6F993 50 ; (Firewood)

Additionally -
player.additem 3AD5B 10 ; (Daedra Heart)
player.additem 3AD76 10 ; (Vampire Dust)
player.additem 3AD60 10 ; (Void Salts)

- Alchemy - (most chosen for accessibility):
player.additem 6ABCB 50 ; (Canis Root)
player.additem 57F91 50 ; (Hanging Moss)
player.additem 5076E 50 ; (Juniper Berries)
player.additem 77E1C 50 ; (Blue Mtn Flower)
player.additem 4DA23 50 ; (Imp Stool)
player.additem 4B0BA 50 ; (Wheat)
player.additem A9195 50 ; (Bee)
player.additem 52695 50 ; (Charred Skeever Hide)
player.additem EC870 50 ; (Mora Tapinella)
player.additem 3AD56 50 ; (Chaurus Egg)
player.additem 59B86 50 ; (Nirnroot)
player.additem 727DF 50 ; (Luna Moth Wing)
player.additem 4DA25 50 ; (Blister Wort)
player.additem 7EE01 50 ; (Glowing Mushroom)
player.additem 63B5F 50 ; (Spriggan Sap)
player.additem 727DE 50 ; (Blue Butterfly Wing)
player.additem 6B689 50 ; (Hagraven Claw)
player.additem 1B3BD 50 ; (Snowberries)
player.additem 3AD70 50 ; (Slaughter Fish Scales)
player.additem 516C8 50 ; (Deathbell)
player.additem 106E1A 50 ; (River Betty)
player.additem 134AA 50 ; (Thistle Branch)
player.additem 3AD73 50 ; (Glow Dust)

The above Alchemy ingredients will create the following potions:
1. Fortify One-Handed and Marksman - Canis Root, Hanging Moss, Juniper Berries
2. Restore Health + Health Regeneration (regen) - Blue Mtn Flower, Imp Stool, Wheat
3. Restore Stamina + Stamina Regen - Bee, Charred Skeever Hide, Mora Tapinella
4. Invisibility + Health Regen - Chaurus Eggs, Nirnroot, Luna Moth Wing
5. Fortify Smithing - Blisterwort, Glowing Mushroom, Spriggan Sap
6. Fortify Enchanting - Blue Butterfly Wing, Hagraven Claw, Snowberries
7. Paralysis + Damage over Time (DoT) - Canis Root, Imp Stool, Slaughter Fish Scales
8. Damage + DoT - Deathbell, Imp Stool, Slaughter Fish Scales
9. Damage + Slow + Stamina Drain - Deathbell, River Betty, Thistle Branch
10. Reduce Magicka + No Magicka Regen - Glow Dust, Hanging Moss, Blue Mtn Flower

Options, maybe? You don’t use it? Cool. Others will.

And ... if you want to present a cheat, do it in a more balanced way, and easier for people to use the cheats, e.g.:
; Alchemy (most chosen for accessibility): player.additem 6ABCB 50 ; (Canis Root) player.additem 57F91 50 ; (Hanging Moss)
The UESP website lists any amount of materials to build a house, including the IDs. No need to add 10,000 of each items which get you overencumbered. Put a semi-colon in front of explanations. Some people will just copy your list and return with "Hey, it doesn't work"
