Is it possible for frea to be a follower after killing Miraak?
I wanted to make frea my follower but after doing research it says you can persuade her to fight by your side after completing the fate of the skaal, I just finished the gardener of men quest, so basically just killed her father, and right now she won't talk to me, so I wanted to know if it's still possible for her to be a follower.

well there is an option in game however not sure what it takes in any case a high level in speech .....

Yeah I realized that you can, didn't take any higher than level 30 speech to make her a follower.
