Necromage perk
So, for example. If my character is a vampire that has the necromage perk and enchants his ring with fortify destruction 25% then with the necromage perk will it be 50%? Cuz it says all effects on undead are 25% stronger. So am i correct?

I think (not entirely sure) that it’s 25% of the original value added to the enchantment. So 25 + 6~ = 31%.

It's a 1.25x multiplier for effects placed on a Necromage Vampire.

So a Ring of Peerless Destruction gets multiplied from 25% to 31.25%.

But it also works for things like Standing Stones and spells cast on yourself(1.25x magnitude and 1.5x duration). So the Lord Stone, for example, goes from 50 points of armor and 25% magic resistance to 62.5 points of armor and 31.25% magic resistance. Soups also go from a 12 minute duration to an 18 minute duration. Dual-cast Ebonyflesh spells with Stability also get boosted, making them last... something like 5 minutes.
