consider like twink of trap, not a futa or andryoenous thing

LL has a feminine male body. Saw it while I was looking around there for my current build. Can't remember the name of it, but best place to look.

Going to have to get a replacer that is Bodyslide compatible and rebuild it. Think there is one on the Nexus that just makes it BS compatible without changing it, or at least not much.

If you want to cut corners and avoid altering the body meshes for male characters at all, just use Race Menu sliders to slim your character down.

That can be fixed in outfit studio with the mesh volume decreasing brush but it will take time to fix the clipping on an outfit by outfit basis.
