Trouble in Skyrim bug [FIXED]

I just joined the companions so that I could get the last word for the Fire Breath shout and was given the quest Trouble in Skyrim, which has me going to Nilheim to kill the bandit leader, but when I get there, the market is pointing to an empty bed roll. I tried reloading to back before I got the quest but got the same result. Any help?

It's probably just a spawning bug. There isn't much you can do.

The only work around that I can use is to keep taking the quest until he gives me a different location.

If I don't accept the quest, what will happen? Because I might just have to do that.

I can't use any of the work around or fixes because I'm on PS4. The only ones that it lists are PC commands.

That's the plan that I have, but for right now this problem still persists.

Unfortunately, on the console version you are pretty much limited to going back to a prior save and hoping that the bug does not reappear.

I fixed the problem.

What I did was I ran away from Farkas before he could give me the quest and went straight to Aela, which allowed me to progress.
