Skyrim Special Edition Freezes with working audio and no CTD

Hi everyone, I've seen this posted a lot but I haven't had any real luck finding a fix, Skyrim SE will randomly freeze in outdoor areas indefinitely. I can hear the music and ambience in the background just fine, but the entire game will just sit in a freezed state. Here's my mod list and specs, I'm hoping anyone out there might have figured this one out, but sure enough I'm just stumped.

Is this a laptop and if so can you link me to the product page for it?

Also, you have a body replacer but no matching skeleton frame?

Also, what is your ram format and why are you using ddr3?

Oh, and have you tried using loot on your load order?

Not a laptop but a custom build and yes DDR3.
I also only have the static body no physics or custom animations.
I bought the computer from a friend.

You also need to run LOOT. That load order is not correct.

In regards to your body replacer:

Requires - XP32 or other TBBP-compatible skeleton

Straight from its own description. Without a replacer, it is very likely to be the source of your crashes.

Played and tested some more with the game, removed the body mod and Realistic Ragdolls & Force, same problem. It could be a hardware issue, but it seems unlikely since my rig is above or at the recommended specs, and every other Bethesda game runs fine. Not to mention Skyrim SE keeps freezing even with a fresh install with zero mods. The farthest I've gotten is past Bleak Falls Barrow, anywhere in-between there and about three hours of gameplay, I've freezed several times.

I believe I have fixed the issue, I tried a lot of different testing, but never removed the Creation Club mods. Well to sum it up, I believe the survival mode was the issue, somehow it messed up my game, but since I removed it, the game has played fine for over 6 hours of gameplay.

There's a mod to "fix" Bethesda's Survival Mode on the Nexus. Can't recall the exact name, but it might be Survival Mode Fix. Think there are some compatibility patches for it as well since it's not the most compatible of mods.

This may fix your freezing issue. Sorry for the necro but I found this page since I was having the same problem.

I'll test out the patches to see if they work but I also have also read that Wet and Cold + Survival = this freeze. I'll report back when I test it a bit.

Disabling Wet and Cold stopped the freezing (haha) so it looks like you have to either disable that or CC Survival until someone posts a fix.

Same problem but don't use CC Survival. I do use Wet and Cold. Does that mean that I have to disable the mod to stop the freezing? I tried downloading the Unofficial CC Patch but it just told me I am missing a gazillon masters so I'm pretty sure I don't need it.

The problem you mentioned happens to all SE/AE in regards to going a long time gaming without saving. The game's cache will eventually freeze up, happens to all of us, and each time it is because we forgot to save. (not auto or quick, as they are problems within themselves and should be disabled if modding).
