XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - XPMSSE Manual Install?

Anyone know how to Manually install this mod? My Nexus mod manager is absolute crap so I'm trying to install this manually but have no Idea where all the files go.

You're better off using Nexus Mod Manager if the skeleton mod is available for SSE. Manually installing them requires you to replace existing files. Using NMM, you get those default files backed up automatically without having to worry about killing your game settings back to default by doing a game file integrity check.

thats the issue. I cant do it through NMM because NMM keeps giving me the "error with 7zipsharp" excuse. and Yeah Ive done everything to try and fix it. update, redownload,switch extract. still gives an excuse. its been hell getting it to work for F4. So I really need to do this manually I just need to know where to put the files.
