SkyUI & Skyrim Special Edition Script Extender 64 Error Help

I wish to seek out some help within the community to help me figure out if ive done something wrong here with the mod SkyUI using Nexus Mod Manager and perhaps setting it up.

My Friend showed me how to install it and installed it right and it worked for a while properly, but all of a sudden and only today does it give the error where instead of loading SKSE_64 it runs the steam app (vanilla) and gives this Error : https://prnt.sc/i5s1ux

"The Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE64) is not running. SkyUI will not work correctly!
This message also appears if there is a new Skyrim Patch has been released. In this case, wait until SKSE64 has updated, then install the new verison For more help, visit SkyUI SE Nexus or Workshop Pages."

Whats weird is that i am able to continue with Skyrim SE just fine the only issue is the Interfaces for everything is a bit bugged/glitched such as this image here: https://prnt.sc/i5s2cd

Where SkyUI would show different symbols for different items such as little armor pieces and wepaon symbols and whether an item is stolen with a hand symbol etc. etc.

Does anyone have any clue as to what ive done wrong or if theres a fix i can do?
(Or if im even asking on the right forums for that matter)

do you launch through steam or the SKSE64_Launcher?

Bit of an update i figured out a solution to the fix over on the Nexus a bit and figured out that it had to do with SKSE64_Loader not being ran by administer which caused the issue where instead of skipping the steam launcher it would load the launcher to check for sync with other mods and give the Error Code 1 Message from what I've gathered from these two posts:

Thank you for posting this. I've been having issues with SKSE64 since yesterday morning's initial install of it. This post helped me get it resolved in pretty short order! Now to see if it will boot this way through vortex. I can't run vortex as admin though so most likely not.
