Note that console command additions are applied based on your enchanting level, so this item may end up stronger than the normal enchantment on the robes.

Haven't tried any yet, will update with results.
None of these worked with the playerenchantitem command, they might work with others though, i just resorted to enchanting the items all manually after disenchanting the archmage robes. I used a mod called Powerfang's No Enchanting Restrictions, i'm not sure, but i think this is the mod.
