Resolution fix
Hi,

I've got a modded SSE I'm running from Mod Organizer 2 with SKSE. I was wondering about how I could tweak the graphical options and also set res 3440*1440.

I can't do it from the main menu and I'm not sure I can set it with SSE launcher can I?

When using Mod Organizer 2, you mustn't change the skyrimprefs.ini from the documents/my games/skyrim se directory. You must edit it from your mod profile in MO2 by selecting the jigsaw puzzle in the toolbar and the click INI Editor.

Sorry for flooding this thread. Each post I put there was independant from each other.

in your profile folder of MO2 you have your skyrimprefs.ini, in there you can change the resolution

iSize H=1080 iSize W=1920

for 1080 x 1920 resolution

moreover, you will probably need a mod like

because without widescreen fix mods, you just stretching the graphics like UI elements and co

Grumpy is right as usual but Truby9 works better for 3440X1440

That's the one I'm using for my 22:9 with no issues
Geforce experience also uses DSR at 4k if you have a Nvidia card and if you do not have a 4k monitor.

OK, so first thing, I changed the resolution and fullscreen settings in skyrimprefs.ini like they said in Truby9 mod description and it didn't change a thing when I launch SKSE from MO2

What does DSR stand for? Where can I find it?

I know this is my fourth post, I'm sorry to bother again.

I tried both mods you guys suggested and it seems there's a difference in resolution (I tried both 2560*1080 and 3440*1440) but it won't go fullscreen no matter what I do. I changed the skyrimprefs.ini fullscreen line to 1 and borderless to 0 but it doesn't change a thing X(

Oh man I'm sorry, I'm an idiot for having missed that X( For my defence I've been trying to run SSE for 3 days straight and I'm kind of losing my mind here, I can't wait to play it almost 10 years after its release... Thank you !

Dynamic Super Resolution, you get it on Geforce Experience.

It basically renders the image at a much higher resolution than your default resolution then scales it down to your default resolution resulting in good picture fidelity.

I installed Geforce experience the moment you mentioned it, but I haven't seen the option yet. Any chance it's compatible with my 980ti ?
