I tried both mods you guys suggested and it seems there's a difference in resolution (I tried both 2560*1080 and 3440*1440) but it won't go fullscreen no matter what I do. I changed the skyrimprefs.ini fullscreen line to 1 and borderless to 0 but it doesn't change a thing X(
When using Mod Organizer 2, you mustn't change the skyrimprefs.ini from the documents/my games/skyrim se directory. You must edit it from your mod profile in MO2 by selecting the jigsaw puzzle in the toolbar and the click INI Editor.

Dynamic Super Resolution, you get it on Geforce Experience.
It basically renders the image at a much higher resolution than your default resolution then scales it down to your default resolution resulting in good picture fidelity.
I installed Geforce experience the moment you mentioned it, but I haven't seen the option yet. Any chance it's compatible with my 980ti ?
