Skyrim Whiterun Crash Modded

Before we get started, this started occurring on a save and all new games, after having previously worked without issue. The only change is that I tried (and failed) to do a black face fix by exporting facegen data, which I subsequently deleted from the MO2 overwrites, since CK crashed part way through. And I added Bijins plugins, which I then disabled to see if they were the issue. They are not.

I get the issue only in Whiterun, not in any other cities, and it occurs when I load a game already in Whiterun, or if I start a new game with alternate start and choose to own property there. When I exit Breezehome during the load it crashes, just like it crashes during the load for a character standing outside of Dragonsreach.

Hi, I've the same problem, I've already sorted with LOOT, but still crash near Whiterun. I thougt that could be the mod of Follower Sofia, or Skyland, or Immersive Citizen, without all of them, the game still crash. I've tried new save game clean, but nothing.

For me it ended up being the TMB mod for some reason, was fine in all other cities, just Whiterun crashed it for some reason.

Check the order manually of any follower and gear replacing mods, it may be the issue.
