Where is the Outlaws and Revolutionaries mod?
And what happened to Thuggysmurf ? Any one know anything about that? I know its a Nexus Mods question, but in regards as to how sensitive they get with post like these, I am afraid I get banned there for asking that

if the mod AND the author of the mod have disappeared off Nexus that it suggest that the author was kicked off nexus for some reason.

Have you looked in the workshop section that is included IN the game to see if it has been uploaded there instead of nexus.
