Help! Quest bug

[Lumber-Jacked]

The Quest "Family Heirloom" has a bug where it didn't even spawn the heirloom and I cannot continue the quest I've already tried using the console commands to progress it forward but it hasn't worked. I'm supposed to retrieve an eleven battleaxe from Harmugstahl but there is no Quest Marker and no way to progress forward. Even the puzzle was bugged, I tried pulling a lever but none of the spikes went down. I've also already tried reloading the save multiple times. Is there anyway I can debug this without having to rely on a save before beginning?

Do you have the unoffical patch?
Edit: Also, if you have any mods, post your mod list.

If you can locate the quest ID you can skip the bugged step using the console;

It is highly recommended to use the unoffical patch mod as it fixes ALOT of bugs bethesda hasnt bothered to fix.
Try installing and trying that quest again, see if it helps
If your a achievement hunter, theres mods to enable the achievements when using mods, as using mods disables them.

No problem, its always recommended to use that mod.
