Skyrim Black Box after Loading Screen

For Clarification, I get a black box that covers most of the screen in the bottom right corner of my monitor when I load into an area an enemy is in. It fixes itself after I exit out of the game back to the main menu and I relaunch it. I know it's not my graphics card or anything because my cursor and crosshair still show up. I've looked around and it seems like no one else has experienced this which I know is false. Can some one help me out and tell me what to do so it will stop showing the box.
