And why on earth would you use mods from ingame menu, use Nexus hehe.
90% of the 32-bit skyrim mods will not run on this 64-bit version of the game.
you need this version along with SKSE64, and launch Through SKSE64 Loader exe
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12604
Read the mod descriptions for the mods you installed.
Modding is pretty easy, but it does require a lot of reading.
Download the version of skse that matches your game version from silverlock.
Open the archive and follow the instructions in the readme. There are multiple files and a directory to move.
Configure vortex to use skse_loader.dll to launch the game. There should be a tool in sse dashboard for skse but you do have to edit that and browse to the skse_loader.dll in the target field. Exit back and click on the dots for skse and make primary. Launch the game by running skse.
If you don't want to use vortex then launch your game by double clucking skse_loader.dll not the sse executable.
Oh, and you can check after install by typing getskseversion in the console. .
