Console Command Help not working

I'm trying to obtain the ID of the Imperial Knight Armour from Immersive Armours, but when I type in help, then the item name (I've trade with quotes and without), the only thing that happens is it just shows the filter numbers, I've tried putting all the numbers after the item name and I get nothing. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I usually get a ton of information when I use the help command, and have to use the mouse wheel to scroll up to find the bit I need, which is why I generally try googling first (in this case I would google "Skyrim Imperial Knight Armour ID").

Anyhow, if you can't scroll up to the relevant info (or if the relevant info isn't there) I would suggest asking the mod author, you might not get a reply but it's worth a shot.

Run SSEEdit and go to Immersive Armor then expand the mod, expand armors, scroll to the armor you want and the id will be there. The advantage to doing it this way is that the id will include the mod id, which is the first two characters of the id.
