Spell Crafting mod?

Does anyone know if there is any working spell crafting mods for special edition yet? i've been waiting for one since SSE came out and so far i can't find any. The only one I can find is this one https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19697

But that has yet to be updated after almost a year and has a bug that just makes every spell you craft cost no magicka. I really don't like the cheatyness of the mod so I can't use it. I'm trying to make skyrim feel a little more like oblivion this time around so being able to craft spells would be very nice. So does anyone know if there is any mods that let you craft spells that work?

Or any recommendations to help make the game feel more like oblivion would also be welcomed.
