[Typical Horseman]

I don't know what mod it is but one of my mods are making all my skills start at 0 and I don't want it. Anyone know which mod might be causing it from Nexus ?

Well, why don't you paste your mod list on here? FInding an answer would be far easier than looking through the thousands of mods on Nexus.

Typing "Skyrim SE skills at 0 mod" into google brings up multiple options. Without you having provided your LO, we'd be guessing for a while. Rather than that, you should type that same phrase and compare it with your load order. Or post your LO here, and someone may come along and do that for you.

So we're just supposed to guess because you didn't read what the mods you're using do before installing them?

The only mods I know of that do that are things that specifically lower starting skills and major overhauls that effect many things.
You using a major overhaul? Start there.
