staff of oakflesh
looking for a mod that allows for oakflesh and it's leveled variants to be applied to and cast from staves. help?

Use a Staff Enchanter[en.uesp.net]. In addition to Tel Mithryn they can be found in some player homes.

Edit - on further reading it seems that those particular Alteration spells cannot be applied to an enchanted staff. So, yeah, a mod would be required but I don't know of one.

yeah i too was hoping the staff enchanter was the answer... but alas it was not. already looked into that. couldn't find a mod for this either. welp, i'm in the hands of the community, waiting for help.
