Is there a way to remove the title thane using console commands?

I married Lydia but she keeps calling me thane and she technical is my housecarl, if I were to remove my title will she stop using those dialogue lines? It would be easier using console commands but if there are any mods I am willing to try.

You willing to use mods? Given how the thaneship for Whiterun is tied to the main quest it's probably a bad idea to go fiddling with it if you even could.

Does a ton of things to try and make vanilla NPCs less robotic and awful including fixing this.

"Corrects dialogue that is not considered to be a "bug" but should not be used in certain situations.
(Example: Any housecarl that is married to the player will completely stop calling the player "Thane")"

If you do use it, be sure to follow the instructions for installing it mid-game.

i second this, it is one of my favorite mods

If you use Amorous Adventures, she will call you plenty of things but Thane is rarely one of them.
