Talk to Sinding and place the Cursed Ring of Hircine in a chest in Bloated Man's Grotto or give it to a follower. Exit the Grotto, and receive the ring from the Aspect of Hircine. Go back, kill Sinding and take the skin from his body to receive the Savior's Hide.
1. Speak to the father of the slain child.
2. Talk to Sinding.
3. Hunt White Stag.
4. Face Sinding inside
5. Speak with Hircine
Go to an oldes Savegame if you saved before if not try to do a savegame before starting a quest chain :) hopes it will help you ^^

You received the ring after speaking with Sinding in the Falkreath jail. Did he transform into a werewolf and climb out of the cell? Did you kill the white stag just outside of Falreath and speak to Hircine; who instructed you to go to Bloated Man's Grotto?
Based on the fact the Grotto didn't transition to the hunt portion of the quest, something didn't complete properly as stated above.
This bug is not listed in the wiki site.
I did everything in the quest as suggested above and got to the grotto and there were no hunters and no Sinding, just an objective on the rock. When I went back to the Falkreath jail the objective marker moved to the ground inside his cell with no Sinding.
I went to a quiet spot and used console:
prid 0002abbd
disable
enable
moveto player
to make werewolf Sinding appear. I couldn't get him to spawn without the disable and enable step, and it wasn't because he was dead.
Then I talked to him and told him I was going to kill him (because if you try to opt to kill the hunters... there are no hunters to kill = dead end)
For some reason even though my quest was to kill him I couldn't, he would just be stunned and get up like an essential NPC.
console setessential only turned up errors on him. So in the skyrim.ini file add:
[GAMEPLAY]
bEssentialTakeNoDamage=0
This makes ALL NPC's non essential so be very careful if you fight him with companions that they don't die.
After that you can skin him, talk to Hircine, finish the quest and go and remove the 2 lines from the ini file. I hope this helps somebody :)

I used this in the grotto to tell Sinding I would spare him then used -
setstage da05 80
This should "kill" the hunters. Then speak to Sinding and the quest completes as normal. Hircine fixes the ring once you leave the grotto. Hope this helps someone.
-Download the "Cheat Room Mod" (you can find in bethesda's forum)
-Start the game and you will see "cheat spell and cheat spell options"
-Equip both spells("cheat spell and cheat spell options")
-Use "cheat spell options" and select the "cheat menu 1" and select the "set teleport to whiterun"
-Now equip the "cheat spell" and apply/use it on Sinding.
Sinding teleported to white run and you will be wait 2-3 hours (he is walking from whiterun to quest mark.)
-kill the white stag and talk to hircine
-go to quest cave and you should be see the khajit npc.
-you know what to do next .

I had the same problem. I tried doing this, and it seemed to work, but for some reason Sinding was flagged as "essential", so I couldn't kill him. I was able to fix it by also using these commands:
setessential 000136AC 0
setessential 0006C1B7 0
setessential 00090CF2 0
setessential FF000C46 0
For some reason the game has four different base ID's for Sinding. I'm not sure which is which, so I just set all of them to non-essential. You can search for these base ID's in-game using this console command: help Sinding
Your best bet is to go away, sleep for the night, then come back later.
