Lighting issue when using ENB

Hi guys, I'm having a slight issue when using Rudy ENB where my character is surrounded by a glow of light as he moves, it's mostly visible in snowy areas.

I'm using the following weather and lighting mods along with Rudy ENB:
ELFX + Enhancer
Obsidian Weathers and Seasons
ENB Light

I have tried disabling each of these mods but it doesn't seem to have an effect. When I turn off the ENB issue is gone. I'm not very familiar with tweaking ENB settings so any help would be appreciated!

Omg i have the exact same issue. Been searching for solution for months.

ELFX and Enhancer ( only happens in outdoor so pretty sure no this)

In snow area its very visible and annoying. The shade/ shadow moves with your camera... im guessing rudy enb with obsidian preset. Maybe try rudy with vivid preset?

Confirmed. Did set it to 0 and got rid of it.. and to my surprise, the shadows don't even look bad with it on 0, as long as the actual shadow resolution is tweaked up.
(iShadowMapResolution=4096, iShadowMapResolutionPrimary=4096, iShadowMapResolutionSecondary=4096 in my case.)
