If you acquire the Ring of Hircine and the Savior's Hide, both will count towards the Oblivion Walker achievement, allowing you to earn the achievement without completing one of the "required" Daedric quests. However, the "Daedric Quests Completed" statistic (in the General Stats section of your log) is only incremented once.

The Unofficial Skyrim Patch changes Auriel's Bow to count towards this achievement, despite the fact that it is an Aedric, not Daedric, artifact, and is therefore tied to the plane of Aetherius, rather than the planes of Oblivion.
Just did it today (got both ring and hide) so it's still possible. Weird thing is afterwards I saw Sinding wandering the roads at night. Looked remarkably healthy, all things considered. Didn't seem to mind everything that happened either, he wasn't hostile :P
That wandering bard Tsasomething and the Wedding Guests have died so many times ...and keep coming back. They really need to cut that stuff out. I still remember the time the Wandering Bard spawned twice ( I saw and went the opposite way, and he spawned again) so I sat on a hill and watched them pass each other. Nothing happened.
