Yee, but I ultimately settled for a mix between Dser Combat Gameplay Overhaul, Arrow Block, Realistic Melee Range, and Smilodon. It's a little less dated as a combination. Couldn't find any mods to add dismemberment, dragging, and directional attacking unfortunately, so sorry for that, mate

precision is a mod that adds actual hitboxes to your weapons.
utilizing mods like MCO, and EldenRIm move set will give characters attack commitment, and actual animation data.

It sort of simulates Dragging if you use it in first person, but there isn't really deep mechanics to utilize it in a way that is satisfying against Skyrim's AI.

For Dismemberment you can try mods like Maximum Carnage, and Blood and Dirt.
