At least not on the level of Morrowloot, Perkus Maximus, YASH, Requiem
If anything running LOOT would sort out almost all patch you you need depend on your mod list
If you can't or refuse to do that, I would strongly suggest you just play vanilla - you'll save yourself a lot of needless aggravation that way.

Good point, I mean I read through it, and I just noticed and I was browsing through the mod pages a ♥♥♥♥ ton of CACO patches but then again its all for a miscelaneous group of mods.
