Skyrim 2011 SKSE 1.7.3 is Dead ? (Solved)
So I wanted to post this here to ask you all what is going on with the 2011 SKSE. So the why I'm asking this is because I've just reinstalled my Skyrim LE and have download a lot of my old mods. But as soon as I launched the game straight away my skyui did not detect my SKSE. do note my Skyrim 2011 is already up to date and its last version. here are some pics to show you how I install SKSE. I start of by unwrapping and then copying the 2 .dll files and the .exe, I then paste both of these on my skyrim folder. Then I made my data folder into a rar file and named it "SKSE Scripts" so I can add it to my vortex. And thats all what else can I do. Can anybody pls explain me on whats going on and how to solve this.

The authors have not abandoned it if that is what you are asking. They are already working on an update.

I can only guess that you did not make the rar file in a form that would allow vortex to install it correctly

I'm afraid you are false. You can check the video I'm sending and clearly the guy has used 7zip. Right now I've tried that and still the same result. Plus i have followed step by step on what this guy is doing so how come its working for him and not for me.

Did you check to see if the files that should be in the Data directory are in the data directory?

Yes I have checked and they are in there as soon as I clicked enable in my vortex everything in the archived file is in the scripts. ALL OF THEM. checked bit by bit.

Yes i am launching it through my mod organizer

When you launch the game, can you use the getskse command?

no for some reason it dosen't appear. Idk why. but I have launched it through mod organizer and it does say SKSE

When you say it doesnt appear, do you mean that typing in the command does nothing?

Yes nothing. When I've written "getskseversion" in my command there was no indication of SKSE 1.7.3 in my game

Then either

A) your scripts package isn't installed correctly. Can you show use what the inside of the packed folder looks like?

B) your manager isn't set to use the correct exe for launching skse.

I cant think of anything else it could be.

Show me a picture of the button you are clicking to run the game as well please.
