First Person Visuals messed up
I cant see any weapons or spells in First Person mode. I do not have any mods installed. I can still do damage and the blood texture still shows up in the invisible blade.

You might first try validating the game files (one file will always fail to validate, that is completely normal). See:

That did not work

Let me call in the cavalry - I'm on a phone and it is difficult for me to answer.

This seems a little odd. Did you ever have mods at one point? Did you do anything to the settings files to generate a custom resolution or fov?
Nope. Never had mods, been entirely vanilla. No custom settings either. It is a weird bug, I couldn't find any other examples of it online.

Can you go to documents/my games/skyrim?

Do you see skyrim and skyrimpref files? (You may need to turn on "show hidden files and folders")

I know of at least three things that may cause this:

1) A messed up load order. If you've used mods previously, you may have garbage files laying around in your data folder and messing up the game. Make sure you delete all files from mods you're no longer using, then validate your game files.

2) Messed up FOV settings or otherwise corrupted ini files. If you know how to do that, revert your ini settings back to default values. If you don't, delete your ini files and re-run the setup from the Skyrim launcher to re-create the inis, then try the game.

3) Glitching your game with a bug (which I'm not sure if it's completely fixed or not). If you open up the favorites menu in the middle of a kill move, unequip and then re-equip your weapon, you may end up with invisible weapons. Don't do it!

Also, when testing if the problem is fixed, be sure to start a new game for testing. The problem may be in your save only.
Never used mods, tried reverting AND deleting the ini files. I have not done 3. This happens in new games as well and old saves.

When you delete the inis and try to launch the game, does it tell you "detecting hardware" or anything else that implies it is running a first time setup?
Yes it does.

Edited to add: The only thing I can think of is that these were save files from a different (Still Vanilla) installation of SSE. But this bug is new, and did not happen last time I played with this install.

I have the same problem here, but instead i used mods. But it is clear that its not the mods fault, since i think this appear mid game, plus i havent add any mods for a long time and everything worked normally until now.
