There's only one item: the DB 'march of the death' item wielded by general carius in fort frostmouth.

General Falx Carius carries a unique warhammer called the Champion's Cudgel, it has the enchant and despite being unique can be disenchanted. He is located in Fort Frostmoth.

As for that quest, you get introduced to it as soon as you try to leave Raven Rock to explore the rest of Solsteim. Its kinda hard to miss. Hopefully you didn't do that quest and then sell the item. Or not loot the item at all.

Funnily enough, I'm a warhammer main looking to enchant one with the chaos enchantment. I'm going to try to do it on a stalhrim warhammer.

you are not going to change much, just use the Cudgel.

Blatantly wrong, The cudgel is about as strong as glass, Stalhrim is on the strength of ebony, the Chaos enchant is also stronger on Stalhrim than normal and the cudgel cannot be improved through smithing.

In short a Stalhrim Warhammer will do more damage with a better enchant with the possibility to be even stronger through smithing.

If you have the unofficial patch it can be tempered, and while the damage number is the same as Glass it weighs less (so it uses less stamina). It also looks way better than a Stalhrim warhammer IMO.
