That being said, its not the best idea to mix mods from bethnet and Nexus. The reason is that for bethnet mods you need to use the in-game mod manager. The problem with that is that if something bad happens during install the game will crash before you can get to the in-game mod manager.
If your just getting into modding its a very good idea to read the pinned topics at the top of the forum. There is a wealth of knowledge there and will answer many questions you will have along the way.
