Report a translation problem
as i see it theres no other way
if yes, then your save has problems
if not, you have modding issues.
Its always a modding problem. I have run those quests very early in a save, and very late in a save with no issues. So you either have a mod that is interferring with ASLAL or you managed to do something that screwed up those quests. Best bet is to test in a new save.
Find the adventurer's burnt body and read note book, choose to save or tell Riverwood, there it is the blacksmith or Gerdur at the sawmill. (either way still must complete Riverwood bit)
Then go to Whiterun at the gate tell the guard at the gate you have news of the dragon attack.
Rest should follow
It is one must to do. You cant progress whitout that.
