And, is Roggvir present? have you tried killing him to see if you can get something to happen?
First, idk how to get my load order without typing it out manually and ♥♥♥♥ that (maybe tomorrow morning). and in regards to Roggvir being present, he is just standing there with no one else there unless I wait an hour then the guard and the executioner are there doing nothing as well.
bring up the console and select Roggvir
kill
setstage SolitudeOpening 10
setstage SolitudeOpening 20
setstage SolitudeOpening 30
setstage SolitudeOpening 35
setstage SolitudeOpening 40
Once complete you can check with 'getstage SolitudeOpening' and it should progress to 45 on its own.
After the last command you should see the crowd start to disperse normally.
So you are checking posts on Page 2. You enter one. You back out. Steam populates page 2 with OLD posts. You aren't paying attention and you enter an old post.
Thats why you see old posts get bumped. If steam wouln't do that. People wouldn't respond to old threads.
There's a chance someone is doing it deliberlately. But I doubt it.
Hi i have the same issue, just so u have context i had open city mod i removed it i think it is what caused this for me.
Anyway i tried what you said roggvir dies but my "solitude stage" stays set at 200 for some reason. Any idea what i could do to dix this ?
Thx for your time
1) reinstall Open Cities and roll back to a save made when it was still installed
2) roll back to a save made before you initially installed Open Cities
3) start a new game
Unfortunately, those are the only options. For complete information regarding why this is so, read:
You CANNOT Remove Mods Mid-Playthrough

You can't uninstall mods mid play through, they are baked into your save game. You'd have to start a new game after removing a mod to fix what it broke.
Hello,
thank you for your answer, that's sad lol fortunately i haven't played too much after uninstalling it but i still wonder, is it possible to import a character into another save, if not i'll just cheat my way to get a character to the same level with same items
for information : The solitude event seems to be the only thing that broke, all the other cities seemed fine when i visited them, also there is a character that is placed at a spot i can't reach in solitude, these are the only 2 things that doesn't work, i got regular quests from solitude npcs. anyway thanks again for you time i'll find a way to not waste too much time remaking a character ;)
