How to fix "you are using skyrim version 1.4.4 which is out of date..."

Just downloaded this game and SKSE shows this, went to local files and verified content, nothing is downloaded and the game version didn't change...any help?

The problem is solved, I changed the language for Skyrim to English and they updated the game, but my problem now is if I run the game through Mod Organizer 2, SKSE64 would not work, however if i go the game directory and click on skse64_loader.exe the game would run with skse64 but no mods.

When launching through MO2, pick skse instead of Skyrim, it should work then.
