Skyrim Special Edition DLC download question

I recently purchased Skyrim Special Edition, and downloaded it. I have only ever played Skyrim on console, so I was shocked when I saw the download being only 12 or so gigabytes. Does this download also have the DLCs?

No you have to buy them separately jk yes it comes with the game but sadly this version of skyrim has that stupid creation club in it hopefully a mod will be made to remove the creation club from the main menu of the game

Wrong. All the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DLC's (Dragonborn, Dawnguard and Hearthfire) are bundled as part of Skyrim SE. Creation Club is only an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 3rd party mod platform.
