uninstalled wildcat, save ruined?
someone recomended wildcat, but i didn't like it so i uninstalled it.

Now my values seems completely ruined as attacks and bow attacks no longer cost stamina. probably more stuff that is affected.. is there a way to reset these values to default?

This is why you make a hard save before installing ANY mod; your save is dead and your only real solution is to make a new character.

Uninstalling a mod mid-play-through is generally a bad idea. Start a new game.

starting a new character also has this issue of attacks costing no stamina.. so i have to delete my entire game, or are there some files that i can remove\edit to get the normal values back?

Probably not. We may be dealing with incomplete info here so I have to make generic suggestions.

Wildcat is a pretty big combat overhaul. Others have noted a similar problem in the mod's comment pages (you among them, I think).

You may have installed the mod in your game's data folder and/or it may not have been uninstalled completely or correctly.

Do you use a mod manager?
Did you delete all of your old saves?
Did you sort the load order with LOOT after uninstalling the mod and starting a new game?

i use MO2.
i did not delete my saves no
and yes i ran loot after uninstalling and starting a new game. i could try deleting my save files, but if there is a work around i'm gonna try finding it first.

Edit: i did however try to reinstall wildcat and then the stamina drain worked as expected again.. then after removing it a second time it broke the stamina again

Sorry for the bump, ended up here while searching for something else. I use Wildcat too, and if I remember correctly, regular attacks in the vanilla game don't cost stamina.

you need the to delete any extra data files that the mod added, there is a guide to restoring your game to Vanilla. If you then put the rest of the mods back in, and resort your load order, then you can start a fresh game.

Alexander, they are using MO2, so no reason to reset the base game. And the thread is a few months old, while I would normally be bothered by that, the person that bumped it did provide relevant info.
