How can I fix the freezing / crashing? (With Mods)

I just recently got I new computer. Alienware Aurora R8. Customized to my liking. When I installed Skyrim SE with a few mods that should be compatible with one another (I'll list the load order at the bottom.) I get freezing / crashing with no error at all. First I kept getting a CTD at random times playing the game. I did disable 'Touch Keyboard' in the setting since I had Windows 10. That worked with the random CTD with no error. Now I keep getting freezes / crashing during combat and other random times such as looking at a dragon in the distance. This is really frustrating to constantly quicksave when playing so I don't have to miss anything I come across.

I did have Experience as a mod, but I heard that could cause problems with killing enemies. I disabled that and started a new save but I still get freezing / crashing.


EDIT: FIXED!
I figured out the problem, after I installed the Unofficial Patch I still had the freezing and crashing. I noticed that it only happens when either I or NPCs use shock spells. I been looking all day for a solution and found it! It apparently has something to do with the Racemenu mod.

Go to SKSE file, then the Plugins file. Edit the skee64.ini. At the string bEnableFaceOverlays=1 under [Overlays] change the number to 0. This has fixed my problem. No more crashing from here on out!

the unofficial patch could help a lot also i use the experience mod and never had a problem with killing enemies hell i messed with the .ini and get xp from KILLING enemies

I haven't been getting any freezes so far when I installed the unofficial patch. Don't take my word that it's the fix but it definitely helped.

that is usually the first thing to download in mmost bethesda games is if it has a unofficial patch (some VTMB and a few others) may not be Beth games but still have an Unofficial patch to go along with them hell even fallout NV has like 3 of them just to get the damn thing to start on a windows 10 computer
