Help... Health regeneration

So my health stopped regenerating completely, and out of the blue. I've tried everything. My healrate is as it should be for default (.70 out of combat) I'm not a vampire, not a werewolf. Even tried removing both conditions through console, which told me I don't have the condditions so nothing to remove.

I tried setting my heal rate, "force" setting my heal rate, nothing. Tried putting on some normal health regeneration items, nothing.

Then out of desparation/curiosity I abused the restoration/alchemy loop and made a necklace that regenerates my health at 1038% That worked. But of course it's broken AF and I don't want to use it.

Any ideas? Even considered becoming a werewolf and curing myself to try to reset things. It's driving me nuts.

Go to magic menu, and select active effects.
See if you've got an enchantment that nerfs health regen (I know of at least on ring that does this)

Thanks, and yeah that's the first thing I did. Nothing.

Then it's either a glitch or a mod conflict.

If it's a mod conflict, you need to post your load order so somebody can spot what's wrong and advise you.

If it's not a mod conflict, then it's going to be a glitch, and all you can do is load an earlier save where your health regenerates properly.

That would be under Active Effects, just like diseases, OP said there is nothing there.

Sadly, looks like a glitch. I dug around in my saves. Had enchanted my chest piece with regen, somehow the game recalibrated that as my normal regen rate so switching that piece put my regen at 0 or under. I had to go back to a save before I ever put that armor on to find a game where my regen was normal.

I've been wearing that armor for like 20 levels. Only reason I noticed the issue was I finally got around to doing a certain quest where you're a prisoner, and have no armor.
