Player home similar to Elysium Estate and Leaf Rest.

I'm looking for a home that's a mix of Elysium Estate and Leaf Rest, mainly the artifact/unique item storage of Elysium, and the location/feel of Leaf Rest (or Riverside Lodge), mainly for the water access. Their size is about the same and I'd like it to be around the same but fine with larger homes. I've seen a couple out there that do this but they either aren't compatible with JK's Skyrim, or the artifact displays are kinda bland. Auto storage/item sorting is a plus but not a requirement as I use Dynamic Autosorting System.

Any recommendations would be great.
