Dialog Window does not appear.

Hello All,

I have an odd issue with Skyrim SE, dialog window does not appear for most NPCs and followers, clicking on them, pressing E, does not have any menu appearing. I have to literally stand near the NPC/follower, close enough so that their name is on the screen, save the game, reload and then I can press 'E' to get the dialog options.

I suspect it is script lag, as I have a crap ton of mods installed

For crying out loud, posting a load order is for others to help you, putting damn spoilers on it makes it harder to check.

This is because the spoiler tag on those sites takes up much less room so people don't have to scroll so long to get to the next post. What you did only exacerbated the problem that the OP was (unsuccessfully) trying to avoid. At least the OP tried. Your response showed a lack of insight and understanding, and it came across as very judgmental. Nice job. Hopefully you've grown up some in the years since.

You quoted me from a post from nearly three and a half years ago.

And it does not matter what other sites allow, Steam lets you post your load order WITHOUT spoilers, which makes it easier to read and therefore check. Yes if you post on other sites follow their rules, but don't follow those stupid rules on a site (like steam) which doesn't require you to.
