3rd person bug - how to fix with console command?
From what I've gathered, the 3rd person bug happens occasionally when there is an animation conflict. The thing is, this happens when I go mining, sit on a chair, or start a campfire with Campfire mod... It only happens occasionally, I have no idea what triggers it, it just happens sometimes.

Is there a way to fix this with console? It's been bothering me for years too. I know sitting on a chair or somehow activating the mining area (to initiate mining animation) works but that's if I can move the camera to aim at the chair or mining rock. Most of the time I'm forced to reload a save and it's just downright annoying.

This one, except the player here fixed it by aggro-ing the Greybeards. Her solution was basically to get paralyzed and it would work. I'd imagine it's because paralysis resets the animation.

But I'm looking for the console command to fix this (if there is one) because the other method is find a chair to sit on, or a mining rock to mine, or restart that tinder-lighting animation (with Campfire mod). It's hard to aim at those things when your camera is stuck.

I'll have to try it the next time the bug happens. I never tried any console commands before, that's why I asked here. :)

Hello, sorry to necro but since I'm the OP, I guess I might be an exception to the rule.

I finally found an instance where the bug happened, so I used tfc. Unfortunately, it didn't fix it. The console command tfc, when done once, will free my camera up so I can take screenshots if I want to, or even cleave through walls for whatever reason; and when I hit it again, it snaps me back into that truck-driving state of my character.

I encountered the bug in Cidhna Mine, so I managed to find an ore vein (I was doing the quest "Escape from Cidhna Mine") on a wall to snap me out of that bug.

Does anyone know of any other console commands that might work?
