I believe you can only manually download it, because nexus has changed their download protocol and NMM isn't supported anymore so it didn't got the update that handles it. However didn't you check that earlier, because that has a few months the case.

That said there are several sites that do try this version: https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Nexus-Mod-Manager/releases

I played Skyrim now a few times (on Pc) but it worked totally fine with NMM
But now when I use old version SKSE most of my mods wont work
But when I use the new Version the whole game wont work because the Mods arent updated
And when I try download mods manually i mess up and they dont work

Read carefully;

Nexus Mod Manager is NOT SUPPORTED

Either switch to Mod Organizer 2 or Vortex or download unofficial Nexus Mod Manager from Github, as the person above mentioned.

NexusMods have changed their download protocol so you can't automatically download or updated mods.

Downloading still works fine, not sure about updating though.

AFAIK nexus changed (around apr-may 2019) the way login info is handled from a basic user/pass system to a more secure authorized machine system. It didn't affect how data is sent.

If the OP has an old NMM they will need to update it either using the github version or manually downloading the community version posted on nexus mods (this might need a further after installing but should be automated): https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/4/

You'll then have to authorize your system to be able to login. I'm sorry but I don't remember the exact procedure but IIRC it's not too hard and similar to what many sites use a 2-step authentication.

NMM is no longer supported by Nexus, however it is supported by individual modders on github.

If you are using NMM I would download it from github as that is where the updates are posted. Like most things pertaining to games and gaming what mod manager you prefer to use is an individual choice; there are pros and cons to all of them.

Sorry I couldn't respond sooner. As I had mentioned in an earlier post nexusmods (the site) changed their api, the way outside programs can access their content and in particular the login mechanism. NMM needs to go through an extra step of being allowed to connect to the site. To do this follow these instructions:

After installing NMM community version from either github or nexus:
- Launch NMM, the current [stable] version should be shown as either "0.70.7.0" or "0.70.7" if it isn't at least this version it will probably want to update
- You should see a icon on the bottom left that is red meaning you aren't logged in. Click that icon.
- A popup should appear with a button to authorize NMM. Click that button and it should load a browser window at nexus mods.
- Login if you aren't already. A page should appear saying: "Nexus Mod Manager would like to access your Nexus Mods account" with a button below it. Click that button.
- You should now see a page that says: "You have successfully logged into Nexus Mod Manager!". You can close the page as it is no longer needed.
- NMM should now have a green icon on the bottom left meaning you are now logged in.

Now NMM is correctly setup and you should be able to install mods. I've never had consistent results with trying to update mods inplace with any version of NMM and have always disabled/removed old versions of the mods and downloaded the new ones.

Be advised if you log out of NMM you will need to login and reauthorize NMM again in order to download any new mods.

Ahh I see (I think). I misunderstood the error as being in NMM not the skyrim startup.

I'm not a fan of doing the rollback as many people suggested during those days as it only rolls back the .exe and not the various archives and the game modules that were also updated. SKSE hooks into only the exe so for it to work they need to match (I think all of us modders understand this). But the exe needs the modules (syrim.esm, dawnguard.esm, and so) to define the actual functionality of the game and what might be stopping the game from loading is a version mismatch between these modules and the main exe.

I'm not sure about the experience mod as I don't use it but I do know racemenu was updated to v0.3.5 for the current version of skyrim and skse.

If you still need to rollback the previous version then you will probably need the depot for the main exe (depot id 489833) as well as the depot for the rest of the files which is called the 'core' (depot id 489832). Here is a more complete tutorial of how to rollback any game https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1086279994 .

The two download commands for the manifests you would need are:
for the exe (~33MB):
download_depot 489830 489833 6411417958676685207
and for the core (~7.74GB):
download_depot 489830 489832 6587014119463801913

O.o .... don't know either.

Not sure if the "chunk requsted twice" messages are errors or just warnings/notifications. But those last 2 messages look bad.

EDIT: All I can find about those kinds of messages would imply the drive/folder can't be written to. I'm assuming the first one worked fine so probably not any type of permission issue. Could the drive/folder be out of space? Other than that it might be actual damage to the drive like an unusable sector.
