see this mod Essential NPC's Batch File[www.nexusmods.com]
I altered the main essential text to remove about 50 NPC he/she had set to essential unnecessarily, but if you come across a NPC that supposed to be killable just use the text of that mod called SetNonEssential to make that NPC killable , example of NPC set essential, all the The Forsworn in the quest No One Escapes Cidhna Mine are set to essential, and there not supposed to be and later your asked to kill them by the Igmund during his looking for work quests!..
You can always reload a prior save if you're unsure. Hands to yourself, sneaktheif.
That's not always true. During the quest , A Scroll For Anska, Lydia and Inigo killed her after someone got hit with friendly fire. Quest over.
The goal of the quest is to escort Anska safely through the ruin.
