Orgnar is dead and Delphine went finally back to not being angry but.. is everything fine now?
Hey there. Sorry for my English. I made a horrible mistake and stole money from the inn run by Delphine and Orgnar in Riverwood (I believe). They got angry and I didn't know what to do so I run back to the house where the uncle of the man I helped to escape from the dragon lives. They helped me and fought back Orgnar who went down after some hits. However Delphine did not die. She just collapsed to the ground and then got back on her feet again. She got back to normal and left the house (she came back to the inn). Now I'm wondering.. will everything be back to normal or will something change later on in the game? I'm worried..

Next time don't get caught. Anyway you will be fine, this won't have lasting consequences. You might get stopped by a guard when you get close to Whiterun. Best option is to pay the fine they ask for which IIRC is 5 gold for theft, they will also take any stolen items you possess.

If you know how to use bat batch in console window this guy/gal has 3 text bat files that make all the NPC's essential and non essential, he/she has a third custom file too

see this mod Essential NPC's Batch File[www.nexusmods.com]

I altered the main essential text to remove about 50 NPC he/she had set to essential unnecessarily, but if you come across a NPC that supposed to be killable just use the text of that mod called SetNonEssential to make that NPC killable , example of NPC set essential, all the The Forsworn in the quest No One Escapes Cidhna Mine are set to essential, and there not supposed to be and later your asked to kill them by the Igmund during his looking for work quests!..
You shouldn't have any issues, most people linked to quests are immortal (like delphine).
You can always reload a prior save if you're unsure. Hands to yourself, sneaktheif.

Yeah, you couldn't kill delphine because she's needed for a quest later. Orgnar, however, was not, which is why you could kill him. That's it. It shouldn't have any lasting consequences. You shouldn't be able to do anything in the game that will ruin a play-through.

That's not always true. During the quest , A Scroll For Anska, Lydia and Inigo killed her after someone got hit with friendly fire. Quest over.
The goal of the quest is to escort Anska safely through the ruin.
