Mods or other method to make NPC a follower?
I enjoy the mod Moon and Star, and I won't give spoilers, but it brings a certain legendary hero back. He is still alive and healthy at the end of the quest, and doesn't have any real reason not to become a follower, aside from the author not wanting to make it so.

So, I'm looking for a method to force him into being a follower.

Can just do it through console too, but unless you're sure you won't be breaking quests or scripts that require the NPC, I'd be careful with forcing one to be a follower.

Open console, click on the npc.

player.setrelationshiprank player 4
setrelationshiprank player 4
addfac 5c84d 1

Can do the same thing (use console) to turn an NPC into a marriage candidate.

I always wanted a bard as my wife so I used the console to turn Lisette into a follower and potential spouse. Married her and she forgot how to sing, so I divorced her :P

I am still using my trusty old Amazing Follower Tweaks. There's a "tweak make follower" power, which should make them willing to follow you if asked. You may or may not get the usual follower dialog, depending on their voice type, but manage with aft can overcome all that.

Yup Amazing Follower Tweaks should do it :)
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Lol. Obviously one of those women who change after they've "got the ring".

I'm bored with the same old husband options and noticed that Thonnir (he helps out at the lumbermill in Morthal) was quite attractive (in my appearance-modded game). So will test that on him. Ok ok I just want his morning wood!

Thanks. I'm just curious. I mean his wife is dead.. he's probably a bit lonely. And when I ordered some lumber for Windstaad Manor and he said "Doing some building eh? We can deliver it to wherever you need."... it gave me a few other ideas instead. :P

I have Nether's Follower Framework so I don't think it's a smart idea for me to use AFT alongside it, I'll use the console method. Thank you!
