So there is not even a single taxing mod ?
So far i have 12 mods and playing at all ultra, and still have stable 60fps

that depends on what you mean by decimate you FPS there is about 1M ways to do that the rest is all up to you to find something you like and go with it there is one way i know of that might end your framerate: a mod call obscura weather and effects and an ENB called the true beauty of skyrim i have both of those on my game currently and it took an otherwise solid 60fps down to about 40ish in those two things

You want to ♥♥♥♥ up your FPS?
Go get Warzones to begin with. Get some 4k+ parallax textures and lighting mods. Then again I've run that and I don't think I dropped more than 5fps.

Depends on your system. With a high end system there is probably not any one mod that will radically affect your fps but plenty of combination of mods that will flatline your fps and give you constant CTDs.

Although why anyone would want this completely eludes me.

If you wanna stresstest your rig, you can always just spawn increasing numbers of dragons, wheels of cheese, sweetrolls, nazeems, anything, using the console and see when your PC starts to fall behind.

Then again your PC can probably take much more than the engine, so odds are you'll CTD before maxing out your hardware.
