Most ENBs are made by people who think a complete inability to see anything in interiors or at night is kosher, and the Luminosity mod seems to fix that.

And believe me, if your graphics card can afford it, Rudy makes a huge improvement to SSE's visuals. Even some immersive touches like how you can select the option to have all spells and fire cast actual light sources and shadows.
