nope sadly didn't fix it.
unfortunately I forgot what I altered in the SkyrimUncapper text to get past level 82 and have backed up my SkyrimUncapper text to my external hard drive because of this!..
If the CTD is happening consistently between the cave exit near Helgen and the Guardian Stones, then my first inclination is to look at what's happening in that area and whether it's being modified by anything. The only potential suspect that I see is Realistic Water Two, but you've got it and its optional mod in a good place in your load order (dead last). The mod itself is really stable and you don't seem to be running anything else that would require a compatibility patch for it, so I don't see any further reason to suspect it. It wouldn't hurt to disable it, head down the road to Riverrun, and see if the crashing goes away. If so, then I'm wrong and should have looked closer.
You're also running Relationship Dialogue Overhaul and both Hadvar and Ralof are pretty chatty as you head down that path. Since that mod restores some cut content, there might be some flaky interaction with Cutting Room Floor, but RDO should be winning any conflicts based on the load order. I've never used RDO and can't say what it's doing or should be doing at any given point in the game, so take that with a grain or two of salt, but the same idea should work: disable it (and the patch), head down the path, and see if the crashing goes away.
If you're traveling along with Hadvar, Perfect Legionnaire might be doing something. It's another mod that I've never used, but it has a CTD patch that should be loading right after the main esp.
That's all that I'm seeing at the moment based on what should be happening at that stage of the game. Hopefully one of those will fix the problem.

I just had this happen to me. I have been trying to eliminate the CTDs from my game and I thought I had them fixed, so I started a new game. No sooner than I leave the cave, the game crashes. I tried again from my last save and it happened almost immediately.
I found this article and you mentioned RDO. So I uninstalled it and three patches for it. Started it up again and progressed until I just killed the Dragon with no problems. Thank you for one of the easiest fixes I've had!
It also fixed another crash I was having as I went up the mountain to see the Greybeards. That was pleseant to find out!
