Skyrim blurry Textures
Wtf is happening here? Why are all my textures so blurry???

My drivers are up to date AND I USE NO MODS!!!!!! NO MODS!!!!!!

my specs are as follows

Rtx 2060
I7 4790k
16gb ram
game saved on SSD

So my game runs smootly on 144fps with everything turned up to the max. Ive tweaked the ini Files so Physics and Game crashes dont occur at 144fps and everything went well except for this stupid problem

Textures start to degrade in qualtiy just 3 meters away from me. I mean a Double handed sword length and the textures start fading and turning disgutingly ugly.

i thought it may be because of those ini files so i deleted all skyrim related and reinstalled and started the game just on its own 60 fps nothing done to it.
same ♥♥♥♥ing ♥♥♥♥. My textures still look washed out!!!!!!

When i look at the Textures directly they are detailed af and nice and all but just moving away a little and im fcked.

what i tried

Reinstall
Turning off depth of field
Cranking up all the Fade settings (object fade, Items fade, gras fade etc.)

Yet still nothing works. Im new to PC Skyrim and im already fed up with this ♥♥♥♥.

All help is appreciated and i thank you all in advance.

There are others with more experience with newer cards such as yours so, please take my suggestions with a grain of salt. First, I would disable Depth of Field. This can be adjusted in-game in the settings. Second, I have read that adjusting anti-aliasing may help. And third, it's hard to tell for sure in your screenshots but, these look like regular Skyrim textures. This is why most of us use mods to improve the quality.

EDIT: I see above you already turned off DoF.

is anti-aliasing set to FXAA or TAA? TAA turns everything to blurry for my so I set it to FXAA.

So thanks for answering you all!

I have now fixed it i think and the reason was the

Anisotropic Filtering setting was turned completly off by default WTF?!?!?!

So i went into the Geforce Nvidia settings and forced AF 16x and since then my problem was resolved.

I legit was about to quit playing skyrim again but ive manged it somehow i thank you all for answering tho.

The only real other problem i have is Draw distance sometimes Gras and trees pop up but that at great distances so i guess i have to live with that and finding a solution for that may take ages aswell and im not ready to this ♥♥♥♥ again.
